At KBrace.Sports Ltd, we’re committed to getting your KBrace Knee Support to you quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery options, processing times, and international shipping.

 

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

UK Shipping

  • All UK orders are shipped via Express Delivery (1–2 business days).
  • UK shipping is free on all orders.

 

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:
    • Europe: 5–10 business days
    • Rest of World: 7–14 business days
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. KBrace.Sports Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

Tracking

  • Orders shipped with tracked services will include a tracking number sent via email.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delays

While we work with trusted carriers, unforeseen delays (e.g., customs checks, local postal disruptions, strikes, or severe weather) may occur. KBrace.Sports Ltd cannot be held liable for delivery delays outside of our control.

 

Missing or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at  kbrace.sports@gmail.com with your order number.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
