KBrace Knee Brace Returns Policy

At KBrace, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our returns policy below:

Warranty Coverage:
The KBrace Knee Brace comes with a 6-month warranty covering the click and twist mechanism against failure or breakage due to normal use. If the mechanism fails within this period, we will provide a free, no-obligation replacement.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper use or mishandling of the brace.
• Machine washing, which may compromise the mechanism.
• General wear and tear outside of the specified mechanism.

Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide suitable evidence of the failure in the form of photographs or video demonstrating the issue. Claims can be submitted via our customer service email or online portal.

Replacement Process:
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement brace at no cost to the customer. There is no obligation to return the defective product.
